I have no news of you
But what my heart imagines
Maybe we don’t have a choice
Silence imposes itself between us today.

Where are you? No certain answer
You may have migrated to distant lands
Alone or accompanied, to fulfill a destiny
Or simply, to forget me even more.
A part of you remains there nonetheless
In me, I hope it does not miss you.

What are you doing?
I have no idea
Only imagined, imaginative thoughts
Nothing specific. Between your old habits
Daytime work, your nighttime domestic life
Many mysterious new things
That make you happier?

Who are you?
The woman I love
Or just a pale mirror
Of the one my heart remembers
For me, your beauty will remain timeless.

Do you sometimes think of me in these same terms?
Where is he? What’s he becoming?
If so, it’s because I’m not far
From me, I keep the best, I lock up the bad
In case one morning, I wouldn’t have any questions anymore
Because at the sound of your voice, I would wake up with eagerness and passion.
