In love, patience is a virtue
For passionate fervor has none
It is seeing the other change
And letting things happen step by step.

Patience in love breeds trust
In love itself and in oneself
Not judging errors or choices too soon
Waiting to see if luck returns.

Patience in love is a gift in time
That requires fighting against momentary desires
That does not call for inaction but change

Patience in love does not conceive jealousy
Which is bad anger and great frenzy

Patience in love is invisible and silent, yet it is the most beautiful of gestures.
