A flying serpent coiled in the sky
Formed a symbol of eternity with an endless tie
Two letters could be seen
L and J crossed in between
She watched the apparition with a companion by her side
Wondering if she was the reason for it to glide
A serpent resembled a scorpion to her
One she had loved in seasons before
Her partner pointed out the wonder in the sky
As she felt memories of her past love revive
Between memories and future dreams
The present, tired, is not as it seems
Your humble servant waits in suspense
For a miracle that slithers and bends.
